For those of you who are new to this, and who do not yet know us, hopefully this event will provide us with the opportunity to let you know a little bit about us and why we love all things to do with the maximization of one's enjoyment of life through the improvement of both mental and physical health. We have spent a great deal of our time over the years working directly with people - Carolyn as a personal fitness coach in her gyms, and Joe as a self esteem coach.

One of our joint goals for some time now has been to provide fellow self improvement devotees a place to find, and download, quality products at absolutely no cost.

The most recent giveaway event was the direct manifestation of that desire, and we are committed to making sure you come away from the next one feeling just as satisfied as people have been with the most recent event.

Now, we both know full well that the only way that can happen is if you enjoy your time spent on the site and you are able to find at least a few great products from people who have been judged to be experts and leaders, even mentors, in areas of the self fulfilment and well-being industry that, jointly, we have been a part of for several decades. So we know that we have to set our bar high to keep you satisfied. The products and services that contributors make available are screened by us for quality so that we can be sure you will not be wasting your time on our site looking at offerings that no one is likely to find enticing. We have participated in enough giveaways to know that quality self improvement related products are the ONLY thing you want to see in this giveaway.
